Olivier has 600 hives spread between Rettel and Creutzwald, and has even created his own nursery in which he breeds 800 queens per year. In total Olivier produces 9 varieties of honey. True to his traditional values, his products are not processed or manufactured: the production is 100% natural! Everything is done by hand in the respect of traditions, from harvesting to bottling, with a follow-up of the hives and a particular attention for the bees.
