Direct purchase from the producer in ETTING : Snails, awarded with the Label Qualité MOSL.
Our snails are raised and cooked on the farm. For the elaboration of our recipes, we favour short circuits, from our parks through the raw materials, to you. This is also why you will find our products directly at the farm, on the local markets, at the East Moselle farm drive, at the Strohhof farm in Oermingen and at the Ferme De La Sarre in Wiesviller.
Visits are possible free of charge on request.
