The region is criss-crossed by numerous cycle paths and greenways along the Sarre and Marne au Rhin canals. The Etangs, Deux Vallées and Sarrebourg circuits.
At the foot of the Vosges mountains, almost 1,000 km of signposted footpaths offer magnificent panoramic views.
In the land of ponds, water stretches as far as the eye can see, where you can enjoy swimming, fishing or the art of wellness. All the pleasures of water to recharge your batteries in a natural setting.
