This route offers a varied 29 km hike combining local heritage and rural landscapes. It passes through open areas with meadows, orchards and country paths before continuing into the forest to the three-hundred-year-old oak tree of Waldweistroff, a true symbol of the village.

Some sections follow the route of a former railway line, providing an easy and pleasant walk. Along the way, views over the Canner Valley gradually unfold, creating a ¿¿¿¿¿ and relaxing atmosphere.

The hike also leads to Saint-Éloi Church, located on higher ground. This site is known for its annual pilgrimage on June 25, during which horses and agricultural machinery are blessed, keeping a local tradition alive.

This itinerary combines the “Balade champêtre” and “Le peuple du vieux chêne” routes.
