Convinced of the merits of his project, Mathias Jérôme founded Les Jardins Totem, an urban farm that gives pride of place to micro-foots, mushrooms, wheatgrass and other edible flowers. He has received MOSL quality certification for his live micro-pods grown indoors in trays on organic substrate.
