Boulangerie Hubert, headed up by Frédéric Hubert, who has worked at Wernet, Berns and Schwalbach bakeries, now employs around twenty people. The key to its success? A short range of breads, with a real choice of original creations, such as honey bread, gourmet viennoiseries and pastry classics.
