Sylvie Grosse, sophrologist and RNCP relaxologist, invites you to rediscover the Jardin Botanique through a mindfulness walk, punctuated by sophrology exercises in harmony with the environment. A sophro stroll also means sharpening your senses, being fully in your body and listening to yourself in the present moment.

To feel at ease, bring sneakers, a bottle of water and a mini backpack rather than a handbag.
For your comfort, groups are limited to 5 people, by reservation only.
