For the 5th year running, the MOSL Quality Chalet invites you to discover the best of Moselle at the heart of Moselle Christmas, on the Place de la République in Metz, at the foot of the majestic Christmas tree.
The MOSL Quality Chalet: everything you need to know!
In this vast 150 m² space in Metz, decorated in red and green, artisans and producers will be offering you a warm and festive atmosphere. Come and discover original craft creations and culinary specialities from our beautiful Moselle region, made with passion and know-how by professionals with the MOSL Quality label.

“I had a lot of fun imagining the scenario of a Christmas in the future in our regions, with its winter rituals slipping into a tropical context? Barbecued turkey, children singing ‘My beautiful cactus’ and Santa's sleigh pulled by camels!”
And so Kaktus was born, an abstract and poetic reminder of the prickly pear, with its little seeds and thorns dotting the surface of its skin.

The MOSL quality label: for a great Christmas every time!
This accreditation, co-piloted by Moselle Attractivité, the Moselle Department, the Moselle Chamber of Trades and Crafts, the Moselle Chamber of Agriculture and the CCI, certifies local quality production, favouring short circuits and highlighting the know-how specific to the Moselle region.
All the accredited bodies are united by a common foundation based on transparency, quality and the promotion of the Moselle region. At present, 586 producers, craftsmen, restaurateurs, tourist sites and accommodation establishments are part of the MOSL Quality Approved Scheme.
